Hi - I'm Simon & I have a small outdoor cooking addiction. Most of my cooks are currently done on either a Kamado Joe Classic (an original, in black!) or a Joe Junior. I do however also have an Ooni (Uuni), Weber kettle & a pizza oven which is yet to be properly completed. Throw in a bunch of gadgets & other toys (Joetisserie, Meater+ etc etc) and I have myself a a fully fledged man cave.
