BBQ-ed yellow fin tuna steak
Friday night is normally steak night - but we had this yellow fin tuna steak needing to be cooked. Pretty glad we did - it was delicious - simple salsa of cucumber, tomatoe, pomegranate seeds & parsley with the tuna which was cooked on the Joe Jnr with the Meater+ with a ground-up sprinkling of Angus & Oink's Japanese rub - Togorashi. Healthy & seriously tasty.
