Rotisserie beef topside on the Kamado Joe
Couldn't get too much easier - a beef topside joint spun on the Joetisserie over eco charcoal using the Country Wood Smoke Mocha rub. Temperature by MEATER ;-) Boy does this rub go well with beef... Nice & rare with plenty of left overs for lunches.
