Kadai Chicken Bhuna and Chana Masala
I love cooking with my various BBQs & outdoor ovens - as you should be aware by now!  But the most recent addition, an 80cm Kadai firebowl, is a really different way of cooking because of the need to manage the fire more closely.  So it doesn't suit every cook as you can't 'set & forget' like you can with some of my equipment.  But it is a little more elemental which is a real draw.  We cook a far amount of Indian food & this chicken bhuna with chana masala really hit the spot - almost ordered a take-away after a really long day.  But I was so so glad we didn't after the first taste of this!!!  The addition of some chopped green chillis gave it a nice kick but the spices were spot on.  I have the tripod, hanging grill, pans & bowl seen here - what I need next is some cloches or lids to really make use of this.  When I say need..  ;-)
